We hand select only the most knowledgeable and experienced individuals, coaches, CFL/NFL players to host each camp, so that you will have the most rewarding experience possible. Our goal is to give each camper the finest football instruction available anywhere! Our camps are headlined by outstanding CFL/NFL players who are very excited about giving back to the community. The Pro Athletes and coaches get right "down in the dirt" and coach while they are in camp. You will learn individual and team techniques from Top Players. What this Privacy Policy Covers

This privacy policy covers Pro Elite Football Camps treatment of personally identifiable information you submit to us when you enter into our web site and when you use Pro Elite Football Camp services. Be assured that your registration information is handled confidentially and privately and we will protect this information.

Pro Elite Football Camp may share your personal information with: (1) Members of our corporate family (these are companies we are associated with, such as Reebok) to help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts, provide joint services and for other business purposes. (2) Service providers under contract who help with parts of our business operations; (fraud prevention, bill collection, marketing, technology services). Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own benefit. (3) Credit bureaus to report outstanding negative balance accounts, as allowed by law. (4) Companies that we plan to merge with or be acquired by. Should such a combination occur, we will require that the new combined entity follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information. If your personal information could be used contrary to this policy, you will receive prior notice.) Customer shall indemnify Pro Elite Football Camp against any and all losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys fees and other costs of defending any action) which Pro Elite Football Camp may incur as a result of any claim by Customer or other arising out of or in connection with the products and/or service sold hereunder and based on (a) any modification of the products; (b) product or service defects not proved to have been caused solely by Pro Elite Football Camp's negligence; or (c) in the event of resale, by virtue of Customer's failure to properly disclaim all implied warranties and consequential damages to subsequent purchasers.
