Week of the Camp
Day 1
All campers will be dressed in their sweats and runners ready for testing. There will be a brief introduction about the camp and the expectations for the weekend. We will test the kids in the 40 yard dash, L-run, shuttle run, vertical jump. Each athlete will get direct feedback from the pro football player who will be working at each station. Feedback will include proper stance and technique on how to perform the drill correctly so that each athlete can achieve their best score.
Once this is completed we will break for lunch. In the afternoon the kids will go 1 on 1 with their pro coach in their respective positions that they have registered for. The coaches will put them through a series of drills to help maximize and identify each kids strengths and weaknesses. Kids will have an opportunity to learn all the tips and tricks and fundamentals of how to play their position at the highest level.

Day 2
Day 2 will consist of football drills coached by the pro athletes to teach the kids the fundamentals of blocking, catching, stance, back pedalling, rules, and many more basic and advanced technique for the game of football. In the afternoon the focus will shift to special teams and their will be an emphasis on the kicking game in regards to blocking, kicking, tackling, lane responsibility, punt and kick off coverage. Before the day is completed, they`re will be 1 on 1 of offence .vs. Defence and scrimmage.
Upon completion, food, awards, and prizes will be given out to all participants of Pro Elite Football Camp. Each camper will have an opportunity to get pictures and autographs with their favourite players.
Please note that this schedule is just a general outline of the daily activities of the camp and is subject to change without notice.
